What can I say...... I stumbled across Charles by accident when searching for a telephone number for google online (so pleased I did) I was experiencing serious damaging business issues with my google AdWords account where the ads were not running due to an account violation which my current PPC company and web team were unable to resolve.
Charles was very professional and offered to help and came up with a solution to rectify the problem within a couple of hours (baring in mind my ads had not been running for 3 weeks!) the changes were made and my account was up and running within a couple of days.
