What do you love most about your job?
The man at the heart of our Warwickshire joinery and design service is my husband James Wyatt. James grew up in Norton Lindsey, Warwickshire and first discovered his passion for woodwork during his school years in Warwick. Taught by a former Army Sergeant, James soon realised that his natural skills and abilities lay in design and working with his hands.
This is not surprising considering the architectural dynasty that precedes him. Named after Sir James Jeffry Wyatt (1746-1813) architect to George III, James is following in the footsteps of his ancestors by focusing on his exceptional design ability.
Teamed with my own experience in commercial Project Management , Shopfitting and Office Refurbishment we set up Design & Create in 2006.
By combining our skills and abilities we now run a successful family business that is not only Client focused but also staff focused. Our own ethics drive our Design & Create and we put our Clients and Employees at the heart of our business.
