HD pilates

I’ve known Helen for a few years now and I attend Helen’s class for pilates Instructors every month. You have to be a pretty good, confident and knowledgeable instructor to teach a room full of other instructors! But she does it, we learn from her, she gives us new ideas and cues and the opportunity to discuss any pilates questions. She’s also a really great person with a huge knowledge of the pilates method and she can spot a misalignment at 100 paces!!!!! More...

Helen is fantastic. She is a highly trained and experienced pilates instructor, with a reputation for being one of the best in the Brighton area. I regularly attend her classes, which are varied and small in terms of number of participants per class, which allows her to ensure everyone has the correct technique. Professionally, as a local osteopath I regularly refer patients to her for classes or machine work. More...
