Adrian - an awful, unprofessional human being.
On looking at our soon to be house he sent our report out saying how our roof needs repointing and electrics need looking at which was amazing! Got them sorted before we signed our contracts over. However.... he marked our ceilings at a 1 - very good no work right??
When we moved into the house we noticed the ceiling was cracked and had actually been patched up.
1 week in the patch got a lot bigger and started to sag.
Once contacting asking him that its clearly not a 1 and how its on verge of collapse got a response of 'stop over exaggerating' 2 days later my ceiling fell.
We got him round to inspect and how he was getting his insurance company to sort the mess out.
3 days later his response was here's 100 pound not that I should have to pay out if your not happy to go the stage 2 (courts)
We sent him numerous photos and videos of stages of our ceiling which should of never got a 1 in the report.
He didn't see himself at fault and his attitude was disgusting. No pay out and we are currently going through court proceedings. It took us 16 emails 4 text message 2 voicemails then a further 4 emails to his secretary to get a response to TRY resolve the issue. If you want someone you can trust and it reliable and owns up to mistakes go somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! LEFT US GUTTED
Disgusting human being and clearly can't do his job properly. We are out of pocket by 500 pound which his insurance company should of paid for

We requested a building survey from this company and a date was agreed for the survey to be carried out, This survey was carried out on our behalf and a 24 page report followed the process took six days from inspection to a thorough report being produced including a weekend. Absolutely rubbish service. I only went with this company because they promised they'd get the report to me within a week. It ended up being 4 days late which delayed my house buying process and annoyed my solicitor and the house seller. The report itself provided no further information than what I ascertained from walking around the property myself for 10 minutes. I then complained to the company and received no reply.
