We commissioned Harbur Design to do the plans for a complete new build. We paid 50% of the 10k GBP asked.
After 2 months we had nothing of value to show.
Harbur kept the initial 5k paid, despite admitting the quality of the work delivered was poor.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Whilst I agree that there were failings regarding communication which I do take full responsibility for and have apologised for privately, we are going to have to respectfully agree to disagree on other aspects of your review. You have also omitted to mention that you were refunded half of the £4400 paid purely on the basis that you were not happy. Anything we incorporated in to your concepts was based on research and knowledge of the area and features that would be make your property favourable for planning review. Nothing designed for you was ever set in stone and were concepts and all part of the standard design process. Some customers do just require "yes men" for their projects and I am sincerely sorry that we were not a suitable fit your project and wish you all the best of luck in the future.
