Happy Valley Decorating is a highly trained and experienced team of decorators, providing a top quality finish, and specialising in the interior decoration and external painting & maintenance of homes, shops and offices. Thank you for retrieving my water-stained flaking peeling attic wall, paper off sanded repapered and painted with two coats of primer and one of topcoat in perfect matching colour in minimum time.
