Lovely couple who listened to my request and gently guided me to a decision. Very comfortable people to be around, who arrive on time, do what they day they'll do and are not intrusive at all. They are also very honest, and repaired a small hole which may or may not have been their fault, but I knew nothing about and would have been none the wiser.
