Every time I go to Hannah London spa, it’s always the best experience ever. So I’ve been getting the dermapen treatment with chemical peel, this treatment is the best treatment for anybody suffering with any type of acne or acne scarring! I’ve had treatments done by lytsa and Lauren.. both are amazing, very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for u. They both made me feel very comfortable and I absolutely love my time there. If you are considering getting any type of treatment from Hannah London, then please just book in and go get your treatment.. I travel all the way from Chigwell to get my treatment done and honestly it’s the best place I’ve been to. Yesterday I had my second appointment at Hannah London and I definitely can recommend to everyone. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel good and comfortable from the minute you walk in and to the time you leave. I had laser hair removal done at Hannah London over the course of this year. Unfortunately I could not finish my treatment as I started acne medication but fully plan to finish the treatment once I am cleared by my dermatologist. However, having had 4 sessions of laser I have definitely noticed a difference. I am of south Asian heritage and unfortunately after being teased at school by a boy for my “ew hairy arms” I developed a bit of a complex about my forearms. Shireen very kindly explained how the soprano ice platinum works and explained the difference between laser, electrolysis and IPL. There are numerous mediapas that have opened up all over London but I felt that Shireen and the rest of the team here really understand the differences between the different methods of hair removal treatment and I felt assured in the levels of professionalism that showed. I was treated by Katya (sorry for the misspelling of her name!) who was nice, courteous and professional and more importantly very thorough. I never felt that she was trying to rush through the appointment- she made sure the laser got where it needed to get!! As I haven’t finished my treatment I can’t say that I am fully hair free just yet, HOWEVER, I had treatment on my forearms, underarms and upper lip and here is the verdict:Forearms: very little hair now. The hair that is there is very minimal and barely noticeable. I can roll up my sleeves without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. Very happy with this!Upper lip: not completely gone but the regrowth is slow and very light and not noticeable. Under arms: again not completely gone but the regrowth is slow and light. I have noticed the biggest difference with my forearms which I’m pleased with as I was so insecure about this (it is such a shame that society shames something as natural as body hair!). I am really glad that I found this place. Not only did I see improvement (which is what I wanted) but the staff treated me really nicely. The spa itself is really nice, very modern, sleek and has a luxe feel. I’m not a famous influencer or anything but not once was I made to feel like a “commoner”, in fact the staff would give me a warm welcome, offer tea etc which was really sweet and shows that they go the extra mile with customer service. The only drawback is that the spa is quite far from where I live but in all honesty I think it’s worth the journey. However things to bear in mind with laser- it is not guaranteed for every single person. There are a number of things which are sometimes out of our control- hormonal conditions, life changes (e.g pregnancy) can play a factor in results and long term impacts. Do your homework but I do credit Shireen and the team for being honest about everything. No one is promising you miracle results (good luck in finding that anywhere tbh) but they were very helpful in presenting you with facts and the science behind it in helping you make an informed decision. Wow! Cannot recommend Hannah London highly enough. Lauren is amazing and took the time to discuss options and provide bespoke advice. The whole team - from the super friendly colleague who welcomed me to Lauren who provided the treatment to Shireen who I cannot rate highly enough - made me feel so welcome. I have come to get my lip fillers done for the 3rd time at Hannah London, I absolutely love this place, the staff are such lovely people, Dr. Kaywaan is the best, he is the only person I would let do my lips, I have been approached by other people with deals and I have said ‘No’ because I don’t trust them and I don’t know what they are putting inside my lips, :). Hi Today I had the experience to have my upper back, shoulder and neck massage ‍♀️ done for the first time and my my I’ve no words how to express my feelings my joy to be honest with you all it was amazing so relaxing and comfortable that I literally cried in the end with happy tears it was that good. I could feel the pain go away with every massage. I was very scared to get my lips done today as I am very scared of needles and I did not have anyone available to come with me, after doing a lot of research and seeing all kinds happen to peoples lips it’s hard to trust someone l, all my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable, I was talked through everything and was not rushed, there are a lot of lovely people at this place. When I was getting my lips done Kayaan was very patient and did the procedure very carefully and slowly, and I was very comfortable with the process, I have seen other people at different places before and they rush things to get rid of you fast and they don’t do their job properly, but after the customer service and experience I had today I will be coming more often for different treatments. Hannah London salon have Incredibly welcoming , Excellent service very professional , super knowledge and friendly team .The salon is beautiful , modren . Great atmosphere makes you feel very comfortable and relax. Hello! I have been for a hair cut on June and Najat is the best!!!!! Today even now my hair looks amazing that as if is getting even more beautiful. When I went there ,first time in my life I decided for a shorter cut and I knew would be okay ( even though I’m so obsessive about my hair) . My experience at Hannah London today was amazing from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I received a very warm welcome by Salma (apologies if I have spelt name incorrectly) and I was also looked after by all the lovely staff who were all so wonderful. I cannot thank Najat enough who did my balayage for me today and fixed my hair. I went to Najat with a Balayage gone badly wrong by another stylist elsewhere and Najat 100% put her whole heart and expertise into fixing it for me. I love my hair and I am once again able to wear it down with confidence. Najat was warm, friendly, chatty, caring and very patient with me. Such an experienced stylist with a real passion that shines through. The salon itself is beautiful and clean and so relaxing and I was definitely looked after and lots of offerings of refreshments was so lovely. I drive two and a bit hours for my laser appointment. And it is worth every minute of my journey. Angela is the BEST!! My appointment was so great I always leave feeling like I’ve met friends instead of coming out of an appointment and I’ve only been there 3 times! Everyone is so kind and lovely they make u feel wonderful about yourself and your skin which encourages you to keep taking care of it rather than highlighting your insecurities to make you buy something like other salons do.
