I've visited 3 times now one for an Indian Head Massage 2nd a full body massage and 3rd an ear candling, each and everytime I'm put at ease, listened to and the service is 5 star. Reflexology
There are over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet alone.
Working on the basic principle that the feet mirror the body; by working on these specific areas and pressure points in the feet, we can create a physical impact on the body as a whole, offering everything from pain relief to calming upset tummy’s
Swedish Massage
The aim is to relax the mind and body in order to create a greater sense of wellbeing. Using only grapeseed oil; which is a light, nourishing oil, suitable for all skin types.
Treatments range from face & scalp massage, back, neck & shoulders to full body massage
Aromatherapy Massage
Using similar principles to Swedish Massage, with the addition of aromatherapy blends to assist in treating more specific complaints; anxiety, depression, skin complaints, menopause, PMS, bowel complaints such as IBS etc
Hopi Ear Candling
Used for centuries to relieve all sorts of ailments, from blocked sinuses & congestion, to snoring, tinnitus, migraines & headaches.
Includes a facial massage prior to and after the Ear Candling
Hot / Cold Stone Massage
A speciality massage using hot basalt stones to provide a deeply relaxing massage. The heat allows the oils to penetrate deeply into the muscle tissue to help warm tight muscles and melting tension. Cold stones can be easily incorporated to help with any inflammation
Indian Head Massage
A technique that was past down through the generations; Indian Head Massage is a wonderful treatment for relieving stress and tension in the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp & face.
Pregnancy Massage
While carrying a baby is exciting.... it can also put some serious strain on the body, causing discomfort as it transitions through each stage.
