Hi my name is Ashley Alongi, I am a fully qualified and insured Hypnotherapy Practitioner (HPD) based in Edinburgh city centre.

At Hammocks I have designed a service to unwind and take control of many issues you may be having through hypnotherapy. My sessions address issues including stress, anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, confidence, self-esteem and unwanted habits or behaviours. Your workplace, place of study or social situations need not be a place of dread. Habits, addictions and phobias can all be overcome no matter how deep-seated and ingrained they are. I can help, with full face-to-face individual sessions.

Our sessions are conducted in an entirely private and safe environment in our chic city centre studio location at the West End of Edinburgh. We use our unique hammock chairs for added comfort and relaxation. The 50 minute therapy sessions include informal conversations talking freely and easily about the issue you would like to tackle at your own pace. You will have the chance to ask any questions and fully discuss your situation. Together we can establish goals to help take back control of any aspect of your life and create lasting change.

Hypnotherapy is a very natural way of accessing the unlimited potential and resources you have to help you achieve your goal visions. You will remain completely in control throughout the whole therapeutic process without loosing consciousness at any time.

At the end of sessions, you will return to full awareness and people generally enjoy a feeling of relaxation and well-being and a positive frame of mind. You will gain the opportunity to address a problem and have an uplifting experience as I have had success with others and aim to do the same for you. My training follows mainly traditional hypnotherapy and I also incorporate CBT techniques. I can help you to realise your dreams and follow your passion quickly and effectively using forward-thinking hypnotherapy.

My sessions address a wide variety of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, confidence, self-esteem and unwanted habits or behaviours.

I offer face-to-face individual 20-minute free no obligation initial appointment. If you would like more time to discuss your situation, then I can offer a full initial consultation session (50 mins) starting at £20. These sessions include informal conversations talking freely and easily about the issue you would like to tackle at your own pace. You will have the chance to ask any questions and fully discuss your situation. Together we can establish goals to help take back control of any aspect of your life and create lasting change in your personal or professional life.

Subsequent sessions start at £40 and are personalised to your individual needs and goal visions. You will remain completely in control throughout the whole therapeutic process without losing consciousness at any time.

I can offer block bookings of 4 personalised sessions for £150 with prepayment required. There are also therapy packages available to address stress and anxiety with 6 prepaid sessions for £200.
