Having made the big decision to sell our family home and seeing many estate agents,we decided to go with Jo at Hallways because we felt safe in her expert knowledge of the industry coupled with her friend personality. She assisted us with our journey every step of the way, keeping us updated when others in the chain dragged their heels and was available whenever we had a query. She worked tirelessly with dedication to ensure we got the best deal. Our situation was made even more complicated due to the covid-19 taking hold of the country right in the middle of our move which naturally made moving house even more of a nightmare than normal. However, Jo remained positive throughout and made sure the transition went as smoothly as possible which it could have so easily have stopped like so many others in our position due to her determination. She remained in her ability to enable us to continue with our house move giving us lots of advice and guidance along the way during an extremely worrying time. So after nearly a year of time wasting with high street estate agents who were only concerned with expediting a quick sale at any price, Jo finally saved the day by not only marketing the property as it was actually presented, but also by selecting viewings based on the actual needs of the prospective purchasers.
To this end, the second viewing secured the sale at full asking price with which the buyers were more than happy. The same can also be said of my wife and I when we agreed Jo's fee with our solicitor.
There's no testament like facts, top class service from Jo.

Rented a property through Jo and have to say it was a pleasure. Everything was stress free and you get a friendly, personal service that you wouldn't expect from your average estate agent. When it looked as though moving dates might not match up, She went out of her way to ensure I had the keys and checked in regularly to ensure everything was as it should be. Moving out of the rental was handled by Jo too and again it was smooth sailing for me as the tenant and for the landlord. Would 100% recommend Hallways More...
