The website was so screwy, every page asking to up the order for a deal. I ordered what I thought was 1 can of Protien powder and ended up getting 6! And was charged for 6!! Throughout my adult life I have been having digestive issues, it always seemed uneasy or upset and these past few months it had gotten worse but since I have been taking Gundry MD Total Restore my stomach is more at ease. I LOVE the chocolate shake. They remind me of the little chocolate pudding cups you buy in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. Although originally a bit discouraged, We tried again with a mixture of milk and water. That was better. Then we went to straight coconut milk, using a high speed blender. VOILA! i have better digestion and it contains 100mg of D-manose which helps ward off UTIs, I take it before every meal. After a month of use I have lost 13.9 lbs. I don't crave the sugar like I did before and I feel I have more energy. My wife has started enjoying shakes, 5 times a week, with me. She always has had digestive problems and had her gall bladder removed years ago. She has spent a lot of money on medications to control the problems. She is now off the medications and eating what ever she wants, like raw vegetables and salads, which she loves to eat but used to raised havoc with her insides. A daughter noticed I had memory problems. But I also had noticed myself when I could not remember our grandkids' names (we have 12). I wondered if this was Alzheimers as my father had it. But was told by a friend that with Alzheimers your memory does not return. I bought the book The Plant Paradox and have continued to follow the diet. As best as I possibly can and am feeling 100% better! I have been GF for over 8 years but still struggled with night bloating, cramps, gas, belching, etc. , which would keep me up for the most part of 4 hours each night. I have felt like a detective for these years not knowing that lectin was in SO many foods that I was still consuming, I have stopped all of them and my results have been stunning! I have been sick since I was a child, and experimenting through my adulthood with just about everything, until finally someone mentioned gluten/celiac.
