I was introduced to surveyor Karena Ellis-Greenway of Green Chameleon by Edwards a prestigious Estate Agent in Stratford-upon-Avon. She came as highly recommended by the staff at Edwards. Karena was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. She agreed to take on a Homebuilders survey of my potential purchase of a home in Stratford. This was arranged promptly by liaison with the acting agent for the property.Following the survey I received a call from Karena who gave me a detailed and friendly appraisal of her survey which I gleaned had been thorough and detailed. The report followed on line around a week later and this was followed at my request with a hard copy sent by post.The report was professional, thorough and detailed and gave excellent advice on matters I might wish to take up with my legal adviser.
