Seeing others embrace themselves, become aware of self and the growth in confidence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about aiding others, after self exploration and life trials I have also faced I believe in giving my time to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am registered blind and have the pleasure of working with a very attentive and loving guide dog called John. We are a duo and work together to aid clients to become trusting and confident in our sessions.
Person Centred Counselling
1-2-1 counselling offered in a safe and confidential environment. Using Empathy, Congruence and Unconditional Positive Regard to facilitate a warm and welcoming setting for clients to open and explore their self.
CBT Therapy
Assessment of needs for the client, the suitability of CBT use with client. Formulating strategies and goal setting. Exploring behavioural experiments and homework tools for psychoeducation so that the client can use in their future.
