Goyo went above & beyond for me & cannot thank them enough. I had troubles with visa (my own fault!) & got stuck in China. They got my visa sorted & another flight out of China as soon as they could manage. My guide Sagi & driver Ulzi were absolutely great - they made me feel welcomed, comfortable & they were so friendly & on my wave length. They were great fun to share the adventure with. Sagi was also a great nurse when I got sick, & was there next to me rubbing my back whilst I was vomiting! Fantastic tour company. More...

I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Mongolia. The parts of the trip that were organised by Goyo Travel were perfect. I used to work in the travel business and have experience of many many tour operators and on the ground handlers. Goyo Travel Mongolia shines above all the rest. I have NEVER come across such outstanding customer service. They may not be the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for. I am belatedly writing to add my enthusiastic appreciation for Goyo Travel. We took two trips with them in the summer of 2014 and both were outstanding. Every aspect of the trip was so well organized: logistics, routes, accommodation, the sights we visited, even the snacks in the van were very well thought-through. But the real high point were our two guides, Usukhu and Esee, who were great. They were both knowledgeable, unflappable, kind and had good senses of humour. Goyo Travel does an excellent job hiring good people and then maintaining a strong customer-service ethos throughout the team. One final plus is that the groups are small, so you get a customized programme. We were able to adjust as we went, which was really nice. Highly recommended! More...

What an amazing place Mongolia is. I am lucky enough to have travelled quite broadly but so wanted to see the unspoilt expanses, so sadly lacking from much of the world these days. These guys provided our group with an unforgettable experience. From jaw dropping views of the night sky & huge storms tracking across the Gobi, to riding Bactarian camels in the sand dunes and fording rivers in their mini-Alpine region, the trip had it all. There are so many memories its simply too much to tell here. Goyo travel are such a friendly bunch - we had no complaints.They are big enough to cope and small enough to care about those special touches. The local guides are really friendly and just add to the whole experience. Though we only spent 2 weeks there, we crammed in quite a lot. But its such a vast country we will have to go back to see the bits we missed. We will be rebooking with Goyo Travel without question. More...
