I made a major change to my lifestyle and immediately gained almost 20 pounds...Worth it, but I felt awful and needed to get off my butt so I didn't replace one problem with another. Kenny knows what he is doing. He will push you harder than you thought you could go - because outside of your comfort zone is where change/magic happens. You can scream at him if you need to - and he will take it all with a smile, because that is when he knows you are putting in the work required to actually make a change...and it is work. Going to the typical gym and walking on a treadmill for half hour is not going to make the difference most of us need - you may as well stay home.
