I am writing this review on my short but recent experience with Good Oaks. Unfortunately I was not able to complete the full recruitment process as I had unexpected commitments which meant I couldn't start work with them, but the short time that I was there I was impressed. The staff are very friendly and it definitely had a homely feel about the place. The training was relevant and interesting and I love the fact that the company has grown from just two men, wanting to achieve higher standards for the elderly needing care and the staff that support them. They provide 24hr care for my mother who requires hoisting for all transfers, and as part of their care do all personel and domestic services. They have all proved very pleasant and helpful, trustworthy and will go the extra mile to ensure my mother has all the help she requires.
