Horrendous. Couldn’t find us, left twice and had to be called back and then charged us for a late pick up and tried to charge us three complete fares for experience. Premium prices for embarrassing levels of service! Best avoided. More...

Just completely incomplete and will just increase your blood pressure if you use them you have been warned. Two weeks ago I booked this company for a pickup and then cancelled it before the car was despatched however they still charged me £5 as I foolishly used their app which had my credit card details.
Got a response, it was a “system” error and I did get my money back, needless to say I removed my credit card details.
On Saturday I booked a car 2 1/2 hours before I needed collection. 4 minutes after the collection time, the app says your driver is 30 minutes away. No phone call, no apologies, no explanation. Contacted them directly to be told operations are looking into it. This company is beyond useless. How sending a Mercedes from Wallingford for my fare is “green” is beyond me. Just no good words to say about this awful company. Please avoid for your sanity

I completed a booking online which was easy. The driver was then late, went to the wrong address and when I got dropped off, charged me more than what was quoted online. I regularly use Go Green late at night from Didcot Parkway, when the taxi arrives I always receive a text with the registration of the car, this makes locating the car a breeze, the drivers are always chatty and polite.

Not staff but a member of the public. Taxi turned up slightly earlier than expected but no problem. Pleasant driver. Cheaper than Broadway taxis and at least they answered the phone at 10.30 pm. No complaints at all.
