I inadvertently broke my pc …! Panicked and then Googled PC Repairs and this company showed with positive reviews so I took the plunge and contacted them. Even though it was the Bank Holiday weekend he took the time to have an email dialogue with me to ascertain the issue. I chose in the end to get a new pc built, mine was tired and the game I play required a higher spec. Very quick turnaround and they were very pleasant and offered advice when doing the initial checks getting the new pc transitioned into my home. I would highly recommend this company. More...

Excellent service from 24 hour pc repairs. An appointment was arranged to suit my complicated diary and they visited me at home on time. He was originally coming to extract information from an old computer to put onto a new PC. However, he was so helpful in guiding me through the installation of software and gave me very good advice on the workings of my new operating system. He did this very quickly. A task which would taken me hours! He made sure that I was confident about the operation of the new PC and offered to give supporting advice by phone, should I need it. I've used this company 5 times now, and they do a great job every time.
The last job they did was sort out being locked out of Windows 10 because I'd lost my password. He fixed it in 10 minutes!
