How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Eating a diet that is right for you along with getting quality, consistent sleep is absolutely crucial for long term health and overcoming illness.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the difference that even the smallest changes can make. I love listening to my clients stories, and helping them to put the pieces of the puzzle together. I am so lucky to get the opportunity to really make a difference and to help people to take back control of their health once and for all.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My life long struggle with sugar addiction, digestive symptoms and chronic dieting led me to the world of functional nutrition, mind-body nutrition, dynamic eating psychology and biohacking!
Why should our clients choose you?
I get it! I understand the struggles. I understand that everyone needs someone to guide them to regain control of their health, I specialise not only in identifying hidden stressors which can be behind pretty much any symptom or disease, but I work closely with my clients and really, truly understand where they are at from a mind-body nutrition and eating psychology perspective. This holistic, client centred approach, means that I treat every client like my first and last! I learn from every client I work with and I treat them like I would if they were my last ever client.
