Helping Ladbrokes with retention and experience strategy for their bingo operation. Setting up email automations, optimising marketing ROI, overlooking a new website development.

Helping the company to establish client facing product and marketing launch strategy. Working on branding, brand identity, website look and feel and user journey I help to establish a new and exciting new brand. I prepare marketing strategy plan for market entry, including product management, marketing mix, brand goals, content and contact strategy, social media and budget forecasting. I make sure all automations and marketing integrations are ready for launch, including affiliates, social media, CRM, tracking reporting. I also manage the digital roadmap, media planning and editorial.
