Me and my girlfriend have just moved from Scotland to Southsea. Due to the distance it would have been a stress but Ben took care of us through the move. I couldn't get time off work to see the flat before moving into it but Ben allowed for my girlfriend to take photos and videos to show me and also told us about cool places to see around Southsea. The company is very easy to get a hold of and communication is easy. That is the key thing for me. Ben was brilliant. Understanding my communication needs and complying. I found it very easy and convenient to book my viewing. Even though it took 2/3 attempts to get the right viewing due to the tenant. As a landlord I'm going to do a positive review as I notice a few not very good reviews here. GD3 manage our building and our rental. We always get a response ,they get things done when asked and point things out when not . The owner is always available and the office staff obliging.The rental market is a vipers nest and protects those who want to abuse it.We have been taken as have a lot of landlords at some point. Short of paying vast sums for all encompassing insurance or extra agents fees Its the landlord who has to action proceedings.If an agent doesn't give a property to some one who wants it there is probably a good reason! I have had our property with GD3 for nearly five years , after leaving another letting agent in Portsmouth.As a landlord, I have no complaints to raise over their management of the property. As a landlord I have used GD3 as managing agents for my properties for a number of years. I cannot fault the service they provide me and my tenants. They manage both professioal and student lets on my behalf and I cannot fault their service. My tenants have not made me aware of any issues they've experienced with GD3. Zoe in particular deals very efficiently with any issues that have arisen with the properties and my student tenants have actually thanked me for getting issues dealt with quickly once identified to the agent. Myself and my partner used GD3 property’s to find a flat last year. Out of all the agencies we looked at, GD3 provided the best service and best flat by far! My experience with GD3 Portsmouth was absolutely pleasant. A family away from family, the immense support I received over the 4 years stay made feel safe and having a family around me all the time, literally 24/7. Every time I reported something, Zoe would sort it out immediately in the same day. Once I locked me self out and she managed to get me the key in 30 minutes. They had been there for me, whenever I needed them, doing their work professionally through multiple visits and phone calls to check on their clients regularly.I have never felt looked after in a tenancy as what I experienced with GD3. I recently moved to a new house, their support actually exceeded my tenancy agreement to help me settle down in my new house. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone in Portsmouth.
