A massive thank you to Ashley and his team. We had an evening dj package, a photobooth and a pa system provided for the speeches at our wedding at the Heath House in Tean. A first class service was provided and Ashley was very professional throughout. I’d highly recommend him for anyone wanting any type of event as I know he’d be the guy to pull off whatever you wanted. Amazing company- we got married 5th May 2018 had our reception at donnington Park farmhouse. We had the giant LOVE letters and they were lovely, so many good comments on how they lit up the room, stood out and made good photo opportunities. We booked well over a year before our special day. WOW .. I do not no where to start! Ash and his team are just incredible! We booked GC Events for our wedding and they were absolutely phenomenal. Ash was our MC for the day as well as our DJ. He made sure every detail was perfect and ran so smoothly for us. We hired the LED dance floor, the photo booth, uplighting, love letters, coloured cubes, clouds - pretty much everything �. It’s safe to say Ash and his team worked really hard to ensure everything was perfect for us and it truly was. The music variation was amazing, Ash ensured there was a good mixture of songs and the dance floor was heaving! Fantastic! We had a beautiful album full of the photobooth pics given to us at the end of our night which was so lovely to read with all the wonderful comments in, the morning after. The night flowed really well and compliments kept coming from our guests on how amazing Ash was. We honestly can’t thank you enough for the effort you put in to making this a wedding one to remember! Wow, the question is where do I start? Both my husband and I would like to thank you guys so much. You shared such an amazing day with us and I can honestly say that you made the day run so smoothly. From the minute we arrived we knew you had everything covered. Taking us away from our guests to just have 5 minutes to collect our thoughts and take it all in was amazing. The music throughout the meal and into the night was first class. So many positive comments from our guests was fantastic to hear. Review on behalf of my husband and I. Literally don’t know where to start. This man and his company is absolutely phenomenal. Just WOW! Ashley was our MC amongst everything else he did for us, and they were always on hand when we needed them. We hired uplighting, a sparkly dance floor and fairy lights for the wooden beams (at Swancar Farm). Everything was absolutely beautiful and made our day perfect. Ashley was a fantastic DJ with his roadie Phillip. They even organised a Mr and Mrs game for us, which was hilarious. The night flowed beautifully thanks to the perfect song choices. All I can say is WOW! Ash was booked for our school prom and I was absolutely blown away by his ability to keep the dance floor full all night. He knew exactly what to play and his technical DJ skills were brilliant too. He was really accommodating of some extra requests I had and was so easy to talk to and work with. Having been to a few Christmas parties that Ash had been DJ at, we knew we wanted him to DJ our wedding. Ash DJ'd all day at our wedding at Alrewas Hayes on 7th July 2017. Using our individual log in, we were able to choose songs that we wanted to be played at our wedding and any songs that we wanted dedicating to any guests. Ash came to our house a few weeks before our big day to go through everything, as we had him to play all day he helped us structure a plan for the day. As my brother was our master of ceremony, Ash helped me with what would need to be said and when and was on stand by if anything went wrong! He goes above and beyond and his customer service is 100%. Throughout the night he was checking that everything was ok, if we needed anything he would go and get it for us. I would definitely recommend GC Events for any event! Wow! What an amazing day we had on the 17th June. It flowed so well and it was all down to GC events. The daytime was brilliant and Ashley and his team decorated the Great Hall beautifully and had the music we chose for our ceremony. Once the ceremony was done, we went downstairs for pictures. Ashley had some chilled-out music playing for us in the background and came up to us both to give us updates and ask us how it was going. It was then time for the speeches and Ashley made me feel so much better following his tips. After dinner, we went upstairs to the disco and the room looked gorgeous. It had such a great vibe and that was even before the disco started. The disco itself was incredible and the music Ashley played got everyone up and was perfect for our guests. It was obvious that Ashley was looking for feedback from the guests as he was DJ-ing. My guests loved the party and a lot said it was the best they'd been to. We had Ashley and his team for our wedding on Friday. He arrived promptly and set up really quickly, keeping us updated with what was happening. We had the love letters, the photo booth and the evening dj and are so happy that Ashley provided all this for us. Everyone loved the photo booth and after having a technical difficulty, Ashley corrected it straight away. I didn't even notice and I don't think anyone else did but he was honest with us and told us. The range of music was great, he knew exactly what to play to get people on the dance floor and played people's requests when asked. Even after our wedding, Ashley is still offering his help to us. From booking with GC events to the actual DJ set on the day of mine and Simons wedding everything ran smoothly. The online portal for song requests is easy to use, and I especially like the countdown clock. On the evening of the wedding (10/9/16 at Blackbrook House in Belper) Ashley was suitably dressed and professional the whole time, he even made time to pop over and introduce himself to me. GC Events really did amazing job for us from start to finish. Ash really made it easy for us and they really made the venue look special. What makes it easy is the fact that Ash works with you, he likes to get to know what you want, everything from the theme to the type of music you want. We recently got married at the West Mill in Darley Abbey. We chose GC Events to provide our evening entertainment based on a recommendation from a friend. Wow, Ash made our Wedding Day! Booked for our wedding two weeks ago .... We arrived at out venue in the morning , the dj booth was set up & ready ... We paid for up lighting for our venue which looked amazing !
