Rod has transformed our garden with a very sympathetic landscaping to meet our needs for accessibility using a wheelchair or scooter. Rod has just recently completed phase one of our new to be landscaped garden, and we are thrilled to bits with the qu ality of the materials and the work that Rod put in. Never before have I seen such a hard worker! He came to our garden 9 days straight to get the job finished as soon as possible. There were 2 qualities in Rod that need a particular mention, the first is how honest he is. We were fully informed along the way of any extras that were needed but he also made sure any surplus materials were credited back to us too. The second mention goes to how extraordinarily tidy he is. Every evening, all tools were put away neatly and the patio/paths were washed and cleaned. No mud! Rod is coming back to us in the spring to start planting our shrubs and trees along with new turf. i I can't wait to see all his hard work and effort come to life during the year and how beautiful our garden will become. We would highly recommend Rod. From start to finish he provided an excellent service. He called round measured up and listened to what we wanted. Rod arrived at the agreed time measured our garden space and emailed an itemised quote as promised. During the project he arrived early each morning and worked hard all day, digging out our garden by hand and even helping us out with other little jobs we needed help with. He kept us informed throughout the process and it was a pleasure to have him around. Rod quoted 4 days of work, however, problems with the skip arrival meant a two day gap in the middle of the job, but he simply started his next job early and came straight back to us for the skips arrival. This is on behalf of my friend who doesn’t use the internet.Rod turned up when he said to discuss the work. He came back with two options for her to choose. He showed up on time to do the work and worked all day for several days.The work was done very well. Rod secured a large wooden swing/slide set into the ground for us as we were worried about it moving during use. He was great, did a really neat job and nothing was too much trouble. He even made some ground stakes for us to keep the swings level, as the ones that came with the set were too short to use on our sloping garden. Rod did an amazing job laying my patio. A lot of ground work taking up an old concrete path and stony ground to dig out, but he ploughed through and got it finished in the time he stated at the start.
