We had a warranty repair on a roof for one of our commerical bulildings, we had problems at first getting any response from the contracotr by phone or email, in the end I made contact by a text message and was able to get a response, the company have explained the situation for the poor communication and happy that has been resolved. We had Steve attend to look tat the roof and carried out a small repair, in the end we asked for a quote to replace the roof area as in a very poor condition. Steve was very accomadating in fitting us in for these works, they started the works on the August bank holiday Monday and the returned 2 days after that to continue the roof works, and they finished on Saturday 2nd September. I add the following feedback from the Service Manger of the bulding, we got in early on Thursday to carry out a clean in the kitchen which was below where the roof works was taking place, and the place was spotless inside, it was like you would not know any roof works was happening. In the end Steve and his work has been of a high standard and very professionall, and has gone above and beyond to complete these works. Would 100% recommended G W Kier Roofing. More...

Steve from this company, who appears most convincing, attempted to fix both a flat roof area and tiled area of our house, both failed miserably! The leaks have got worse! Trying to get a reply or someone to answer the phone is difficult enough but when he then just basically shrugs his shoulders and says I can’t help you and find someone else, despite us paying him to do the job I find disgusting. Exceptional service Steve is a really top bloke and Brad who helps him is also very polite , the work is to a very high standard and you can see that Steve is very proud of making an excellent job , we had a rubber roof for an extension took a couple of days and all our neighbours now know Steve as he kept us all informed during the work would highly recommend and already looking for Steve to come back for more work

I thought I would put a few images and words together to say how pleased I am with the Flat Warm Roof installed by G W Keir Roofing based in Heacham.
