Training for someone like me was always going to be tough but from our first conversation Glen has been supportive and so passionate about what he does that you can't help but be carried along with him. He makes it fun and engaging, mixing up the sessions but also tailoring them to balance what you need with, what you want and what you are able to do so you keep making progress and don't drop out.
