G4 staff have alway been polite and helpful. They have some great property's on there books at great prices. I have found they maintain there accommodation to a high standard and act fast on reported issuess.

Me and my housemates are renewing a second year with G4 Lets because we feel they are a good and trustworthy company to be with. We haven't had any issues with them in the past. Whenever we email them about a maintenance or general household problem, they have emailed back straightaway and got someone in to fix the problem. Deal with repairs and issues very quickly, most the time sending people out the next day. Very helpful staff and all of the electritions/gas men etc have all been wonderful. As a landlord I am delighted with G4 Lets. I have found them to be very efficient as well as being fair to the tenants. If there is a problem with the property I am made aware of this immediately and steps are taken to rectify any faults as quickly as possible. Despite all the complaints, G4Lets has been the best Agency in Brighton in my 3 years of living here. Always will respond quickly to repairs and never have I experienced an issues with losing money regarding deposits.Would recommend!

G4Lets have been by far the most competent and responsive letting agent I have rented from during my time as a student. The transition from moving out of home to renting your own place can be quite daunting but G4lets have treated me as an adult and have dealt with any queries efficiently and provided clear instructions on how to rectify maintenance concerns myself in order to avoid costs. I have dealt with G4Lets for five years as a landlord and have found them to be reliable, straightforward and thorough. Whenever there has been a need for routine repairs and maintenance or larger one-off issues they have been quick to inform me and have organised whatever was required to resolve the problem. There will always be issues in houses where there are multiple tenants but I have been impressed by how they have handled each and every situation. I've been renting with G4 Lets since September 2017, and from the start they were very helpful by being able to accommodate for my and my housemates moving in needs.

Although the house is far from perfect, the agency has been very responsive to whenever we enquire about an issue - the issues I've brought up about the house were dealt with within a reasonable amount of time.

I haven't had any issues with G4 Lets within my 3 years of renting a student property with them. Issues in the house were handled instantly and check outs have always been fair. Always got things sorted within a few days of email, including when our oven broke and when our door wouldn't lock! The agency were always so friendly and helpful. When compared to our current agency, G4 lets shines. Comunication with the agency was always prompt and friendly and they always treated us as adults, rather than taking advantage of us being students. The agency came to fix maintenance issues within a few working days, if not on the actual day the email was sent. I have been at G4 Lets for a year & a half and felt like part of the team from day one! I absolutely love working for an agency with such high standards. I couldn't wish to be working alongside a better team of people, everyone is friendly, helpful & hard working, always striving to deliver 100%.
