A very nice country pub/restaurant,very good menu they seem to cater for all tastes. Wednesday is for fish lovers but you can choose from the full menu.
Very reasonably priced,very clean premises and very polite waiting/bar staff.
Plenty of parking and disabled access.
Well worth a visit.

Thought to give a new place a try and the George & Dragon was way more than I expected. We were a party of 16 with some particularly choosy eaters who had doubts about the quality the food would be, considering it was our 1st time. The food was excellent, absolutely spot on and no plate had anything on it, through the 3 courses we had. Even the children enjoyed their meals. Karen, the chef and owner was so courteous and helpful, along with other staff. We really did feel at home and spending 3 hours was a breeze. Well done Karen & team. We had an amazing night out. Have been to the Geroge & Dragon a couple of times before as part of a larger group. The dinner was planned very well and were given options of a menu choices in advance.
