Richard is such a talented instructor. My son trained with him for several years; achieving a black belt by the age of 9. Richard has a unique way of inspiring kids (and adults !) to achieve their best; he and his team are really warm and friendly and manage to motivate everyone in a positive and fun way through connecting with people. We love it as a family Richard is a great coach great man very friendly atmosphere lots of lovely people being going for three years me and my two children 11 & 13 now it's great because keep you fit & confident that you can look after you so if you need to I recommend it to anyone at any age One of the best things we've done as a family we are part of the Fuzion family

This is a fantastic place to train. Richard is a brilliant instructor who always mixes up the programme keeping it fun and exciting. With just 8 weeks before my first amateur MMA fight I needed a coach and class that would take me from zero to fight fit quickly. I was recommended to Fuzion and could not of wished for a more perfect academy. Within the first class my already decent fitness levels were put to the test and found myself sweating more than any workout before, this is the kind of training that transforms the conditioning of even the avid gym goer with mental work to boot.

Best thing that I've enrolled my son into. I initially enrolled him to help with his attention, discipline, and to give him confidence but it's given him so much more. It's really helped with his coordination and in turn it's improved his swimming and tennis no end.
