I'm so impressed with this company. We emailed over ideas and unit sizes for our kitchen and received a full quote within 12 hours - no fuss! . We visited the showroom and could tell that the craftsmanship was excellent. We hadn't made an appointment, but the owner still spent an hour with us finalizing sizes and quotes, and even quoted a bespoke unit for us on the spot.They offered photos of the progress of our kitchen being built, which is such a great touch.Although we decided to purchase our kitchen from another more well known vendor, purely as they were on Which?, their professionalism didn't stop there. They asked for feedback and even complimented the company we have decided to go through. Customer service does a long way, and these guys are amazing at it.There really aren't any negative reviews to be found for these guys, I truly think they are a genuine, decent company that take pride in what they do, offer high quality products AND are reasonably priced!A combination that is hard to come by these days. We're thrilled with our new kitchen cupboards from Furniture Nation. Everything was made to order and they were super accommodating with all our requests. Everything looks amazing and is such brilliant quality. Plus it was all such a good price. Our kitchen is getting comments all the time and everyone thinks the cupboards must have cost a lot more. The guys at Furniture Nation were very responsive and also had a long meeting with me in person when I was able to visit the workshop. The highlight of our kitchen has to be our floor to ceiling corner larder which they made bespoke and which I LOVE! Highly recommend using Furniture Nation for truly handmade products. More...

I am absolutely delighted with bespoke service provided by Furniture Nation. I had a non-standard job to do fitting a set of floor and wall cupboards into large niche which was not of standard kitchen unit sizes. It is a Victorian property so I wanted solid wood and excellent traditional craftsmanship to match. Although I was some 200 miles away the company was great at communications and really attentive to detail and so every detail of my design to the millimetre was executed with the result that the nine items fitted the space exactly as planned and to my exact specifications. The were well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. I also greatly valued the primer paint service which saved a lot of work. It would be very easy to walk into a smart city centre designer kitchen showroom and come out with a similar product but at twice the price or more. Excellent quality and customer service I found Furniture Nation on eBay and travelled 2 hours to their showroom before ordering a new kitchen with them to make sure I was happy with the quality of their cabinets. I had a great experience from the beginning to end. Before my visit , Adam was very responsive to all my emails and phone calls and very helpful. On my visit there I had a consultation of over one hour to discuss everything I needed and more. Tony was extremely patient and accommodating. Having his advice it was much easier to make some more functional decisions. He gave me a quote and a time estimate. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they really do stick to their time frame. No unpleasant surprises of any kind. We had communication whenever necessary throughout the building process and when the kitchen arrived it was just lovely. I love it so much! The joiner who is fitting it commented that”you can really see it is a well made, good quality kitchen”. Had custom made desk and wardrobe fitted by Furniture Nation. It is well built and fits perfectly into the small confines of the room, something that we have never been able to do in the past with shop bought ready made furniture. This was made 100% to my individual requirements and I am thrilled to bits with what they have been able to achieve. Fitters were very professional and left no mess at all. It was a situation where I knew what I wanted but couldn't find. There were units out there but not only was I going to have to make compromises but they also came at a price, and 3 month delivery times. I stumbled across Furniture Nation by chance online and saw what I wanted, but as usual far too small. Then I noticed they did bespoke sizes. I made an email enquiry and was stunned when I got a reply within half an hour with confirmation that they could accommodate what I wanted. One or two emails later, along with a number of requests that would have been out of the question elsewhere were given along with detailed drawings. I was then given a price that was way beyond my expectations. I was unable to go to their workshop as it was 90+ miles away but felt confident with the communication I had received and with that I ordered the unit. The whole process from enquiry to ordering was less than two hours. The unit arrived today. Beyond delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending the sales and the workmanship at Furniture Nation. Spoke to a very helpful man (Tony I think) when I ordered my furniture- sorted everything out including Sunday delivery, 2 man delivery and assembly; arrived within stated time period and Sunday delivery. The 2 delivery men (Nick and John) were brilliant particularly considering they carried 1 bookcase, two 3 foot and one 5 foot dressers up stairs which are not the easiest in the world. The furniture is beautiful- well made and well finished. I would recommend anyone to buy furniture from here- very good quality, good value for money and very good customer service. More...
