When you've been going to a hair salon as long as I have, it's got to be GOOD. I've lost count over the years but at a guess, it's been at least a ten year positive experience. Reception are always professional and pleasant. It's s very comfortable and stylish. I just want to relax and let someone who knows exactly what they are doing, look after my hair. Ali does just that. She always listens carefully to my thoughts about colour and interprets what I want brilliantly. I would be lost without her. Confidence in a hair stylist is so important. Amie at Frontline Style is fantastic! I'm forever changing my hairstyle and she always seems to get it right, every time! There's a relaxed atmosphere in the salon and everyone is very welcoming. I can't recommend them enough.

Visiting Frontline is always an absolute pleasure, and I never fail to be impressed by the standard of treatment and quality of advice I receive there. Everyone on reception is so friendly and welcoming, and they always go out of their way to make me appointments at times convenient to me. I am a real regular at Frontline. I get my hair cut and coloured by Gemma, who is an absolute star. She always does such a wonderful job on my hair, and she gives great advice on products to take away to use at home as well. I also get regular geleration manicures, geleration pedicures, waxing treatments and beautiful eye packages (eyebrow shape and tint and eyelash tint), and I honestly can’t recommend these highly enough. Fran, Sophia, Donna and Tayler are all such fantastic and experienced beauticians that no matter who I get I always leave very happy indeed. The quality of treatments offered and products used is second to none. It’s great that the shop stocks such an extensive range of Clarins products as well. I always stock up on products (both skin care and makeup) to use at home! I would highly recommend Frontline and will most definitely continue to be a regular there. More...

The staff are lovely and the environment relaxing, with the waiting area even offering refreshments which is a nice touch. Second visit to Frontline Style today and was just as impressed this time round. The stylist I requested was unfortunately unwell but the extremely capable Taya stepped in. Because I wanted quite a drastic cut and colour, I was there a long time but I felt like I had excellent service and left very happy. I always felt listened to and included in decisions (which you don't at lesser salons) and it was a team effort between staff which showed they have a good working atmosphere and relationships between stylists. Had a amazing relaxing time yesterday and the care received was brilliant ! My face fells lovely and my nail are beautiful ! I look forward to my next appointment in 5 weeks !!! The only reason I can't give you a five star is the Bath robs and slippers were in a very poor state! I didn't even put the slippers on as you can see they had been worn and washed a fair Few times and the rob was heavy and itchy/ scratchy!!! These are little things that make a spar treat !!!! After moving area I found myself in need of a new stylist and salon which quite honestly filled me with dread.After a recommendation from a friend I decided to give FLS Hair & Beauty a try and I have never looked back. From the moment I stepped through the door of my first appointment I was put at ease with friendly professional staff who were happy to take the time to talk.Nothing was too much trouble and Amie handled me well as i was nervous and very particular having had the same hair dresser for over 10 years. Once finished I truly looked and felt a million dollars. A hidden treat in the centre of Bath where every client is made to feel like a VIP from massages to facials to pedicures, not once have I come away disappointed. I visited FLS for a haircut after finding myself lost in the world of expensive and poorly staffed salons. I had been shifting from salon to salon, trying to find a place to settle for about 18 months. The experience I had in FLS has left me feeling like a real princess. Before I had my session at FLS my hair was dry, damaged and very dull looking. After 45 minutes, Ellie, my hairdresser, managed to make my hair shine again. I've been obsessing over it since, everyone I see gets a "feel how soft my hair is!". So many people have told me how "healthy and shiny" my hair looks now. Some have even asked "have you dyed your hair? It looks lighter". They're all shocked when I say I haven't dyed it. FLS Hair and Beauty Salon in Bath is one of the loveliest salons I have visited! Their staff are welcoming and friendly. I found their staff to be really knowledgable too - they were able to answer all my questions and gave me some great help and advice. I went to visit them for a lunch time facial - which was simply blissful. I left feeling so happy - my skin was soft and supple and the facial really helped to improve the condition of my skin - i couldn't have been happier. It is also really great value - it comes highly recommended by me as both a spa and a beautician. Their blow dries are also pretty good too - oh and they do student discount and offers!
