I can honestly tell anyone who is thinking of use Coleman that he provides a fantastic service. He did a 50 person buffet for us which was very well received. Everything was perfect and the food provided was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Coleman did a small barbecue for us (22 people) for a party at our house. He was great and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone said how great it was. He also provided someone to serve drinks for us (Jasmine) which was brilliant. She was a really lovely girl and between them our night went so smoothly and they looked after is all. Will for sure book again as they really made such an effort and understood what we were looking for. Fresh Catering Co provided the perfect food for our wedding! Customer service was fantastic from both Coleman and Heather. They took our ideas of a sharing meal with lots of meat and came up with a menu we loved. It was a "sit-down barbecue" served to each table on sharing platters, with Italian antipasti to start and individual cakes with fruit for dessert - everybody loved it! They also provided a large buffet in the evening, which went down really well.

We had Fresh Catering Co provide food for my husbands 70th birthday party 0n the 8th of April. The food was excellent, we got so many lovely comments from the guests about the quality and the presentation of the food, Can't thank you enough, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone having an event or a family party, best stress reduction ever well worth the money

Excellent food and service, Coleman and Heather catered my mums 70th birthday last weekend with a bbq. From the start we tweaked the menu till we got exactly what we wanted, they catered for dietary requirements, and were helpful and informative at all times. The food was spectacular in quality and all our wedding guests made favorable comments and asked who had provided it. I do hope that this leads to more bookings for you. We were lucky enough to win a platter from Fresh Catering Co. Heather and Coleman were very accommodating as we planned to use it as part of a buffet over Christmas. They delivered when we needed it so the food was lovely and fresh and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I also sampled and chicken caesar salad not to long ago and it was delicious. Went out of his way to accommodate us and the food was fantastic, all fresh ingredients and home made. Coleman met up with us beforehand to go over the menu and made us feel totally at ease, personalising the menu to fit my dietary requirements.
