What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to overcome difficulties within their lives, so that they can move forward feeling good about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have struggled with Depression, anxiety and PTSD (as well as many other issues) for a large part of my life.
I never really got the help I needed and felt let down by how ineffective some of the conventional therapies were for me.
So, I wanted to find something else, something that actually helped.
Then, when I found it I wanted others to be able to benefit from it, so I began Freedom Therapies with the idea of helping those who wanted to be helped but were also happy to try something a little bit different to conventional counselling.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have personal experience with mental health issues such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD etc. This puts me on an even keel with many of my clients, as I understand where they are coming from and can empathise, which helps put them at ease.
