We can provide our services for Planning & Listed Building Applications, Building Regulations, Detailed Construction Information, Site Support / Construction Phase – projects from Concept to Completion.

Our projects include small single storey extensions through to new houses and developments. We carry out projects on listed buildings including extensions, conversions, restorations and general works, helping you through the negotiations, approvals and detailed specifications required for a historic property. We successfully gain Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for properties in Conservation Areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We very much enjoy working with our Clients and their families to create a home ideally suited to them.
Should you be developing for resale, we also work to maximise the value and desirability of a new build or existing property / site for re sale.

We use a 3D design CAD drawing & modelling system, called ArchiCAD, as standard, which will allow you to explore the design as we develop the scheme together.

20% VAT is NOT charged by Free Spirit Architectural Design & Conservation Limited, which we believe gives you more architectural services from your total project budget.
