I genuinely couldn't recommend Francis enough. He stepped in overnight to spend all day cleaning my flat the following day. Did a good job but took 3 hrs and oven sides were put back incorrectly so shelves did not slide easily. My daughter had to reassemble it, with some difficulty. However - oven was gleaming.
