I recently had my hair colour by natalie , I could not have asked for more she listened to everything that I wanted and advised what was best for my hair and its condition , which I found really helpful, the products used and her technique in massage when washing my hair was totally relaxing. I was looked after with coffee and muffins , she could not have done enough for me , I felt totally pampered , she's a true professional and my hair looked and felt amazing. Was very scared to get my hair done as it was very badly damaged and and my scalp was also badly damaged. As soon as i got there I was made welcome asked if i wanted a drink and my stuff put away and then Tom the Stylist was more than kind and compassionate. He spent a lot of time making sure i was comfortable and spent a long time getting my hair back to super shiny. He was very friendly and told me how to deal with my scalp and super thick hair. It was put into the style I wanted and even told me how to style it when at home. Would highly recommend for any nervous people as they are not judgemental and seem to do the impossible. First Hairdresser in many many years that I will be recommending to everyone in earshot! More...
