What do you love most about your job?
In short, all things tech!
Since a young age I have been interested in the mechanics of how technology works which has lead the career path that I am in and love.
From the installation of hardware and pulling networking cables to the programming and the end product and the sense of satisfaction of happy customers!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started in retail and then on to customer installs and it started from there. Getting out and making a difference to our customers (at the time) and with them being happy in the service that I had delivered, and the industry knowledge that I had attained made me think about setting up my own business and getting deeper in to the planning, installation and programming of technology.
Why should our clients choose you?
My team an I like to go the extra mile to make the customer 100% satisfied. From initial contact through to the completion of the project, the only thing in our mind is the customers needs. We are fully committed to the customer and the needs of customers to ensure that the project we are completing is the best that they deserve.

Depending on the issue in question yes, otherwise we would require a technician to be onsite.
We can dial in to an existing network infrastructure to remotely carry out programming, but depending on the service required we may need for a technician to be on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Staff are COVID-19 safe. Regular testing is carried out and masks are worn inline with the government guidance.
