Andrea went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the flooring I was selecting for inside my condo. She brought many samples to my place so I could evaluate the flooring in my condo. Flowers Flooring staff was a tremendous help and I'm grateful for a vendor that cares about their customers. Shawn, the front salesperson took time with me to pick out the flooring I needed for all three levels of my home. I told her my style and she knew exactly what to show me at the showroom. She knew so much about the product! I had a lot of levels to cover so I spent hours just making sure the estimates were right and I had what I needed. It was stressful because I live in another state so making sure the job was done right was vital. Jose and his guys came in and did an amazing job with old floors that needed much work. William the manager called almost every day to make sure we were okay with the work. Shawn checked in as well to make sure we were happy and if I needed anything. I am very big on customer service and the quality of the work that a business should provide to customers and from Karen the account manager to Shawn in sales made my an experience worth it. All I have to say is WOW! I worked with a few different people and they were all knowledgable, kind and helpful. My main contact was Shawn and everything from picking out the flooring samples, to measuring my floors to installation was perfection. They are 100% transparent in everything they do and their combination is amazing. Shawn even gave me her cell number. I can't say enough amazing things about Flowers Flooring. This is our first time putting in new floors. I got their information from our neighborhood website and didn't even look at another company once I spoke with them. Seriously, friends, don't look any further. These people will have you taken care from start to finish. The installers were incredibly kind, they were efficient and the finished project was amazing. Would give a five star rating except following our initial order we heard nothing for over three weeks and then only after I emailed to ask about the order. Then after about another week we were told the flooring we had ordered wouldn't be available for several months. Once we returned to the store and worked with a different sales person, everything went great. The new sales person checked to make sure the second floor we chose was available while we were in the store (would love to know why that wasn't done the first time) and it came in within a week. Delivery and installation was scheduled for about two weeks later and went smoothly. The installer did and excellent job and was very thorough and expert. No explanation was ever provided for why we were treated so poorly by the original sales person. More...

I'm in LOVE with our whole house new carpets!!! Amazing quality of work and detail! When I first contacted Flowers, they were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who came to our house was pleasant and knew his stuff. He measured everything and gave me a bunch of options. Placing an order was easy, we just had to wait for the material to come before making our installation appointment. The manufacturer, Mohawk, actually took longer than expected. Flowers kept me updated the entire time. Once the carpets arrived to Flowers, we finally scheduled. The installation team was amazing, attentive and did amazing work. They moved all my furniture carefully and replaced it back as it was before. Reeeeaaaallllly nice guys!!! I was unsure of the grout color to match the tile I selected and they were patient in showing lots of colors and helping me to decide which matched best.
