I must say that I received a brilliant services from Floors Direct Midland and I'm disappointed to see so many negative reviews here. I have almost completely finished flooring my entire house in white/grey Krono laminate flooring and I must say that the quality of this product is superb and excellent value.I can't vouch for other brands but I found that the Krono brand is easily as good if not better than other high end laminates costing double this.The tem have always been helpful and friendly and yes, on one occasion they did forget to deliver some trims that I had ordered but after a quick phone call, all was resolved.Floors direct Midlands is more of a stack em high, sell em cheap kind of place, although they now have a new showroom rather than an open warehouse. You won't get posh desks and ground coffee here but what you do get, is cheaper prices and great products.So please don't judge this company just because a few people have had the odd issue. Ordered some laminate flooring for my dining room from floors direct. It was very easily done over the phone. I also needed to have the floor laid for me which was arranged as I placed order for floor. A few days later the guys arrived and my floor was laid very quickly and professionally, couldnt be happier! Infact on that same day I went ahead and also ordered my kitchen flooring which was again easily ordered over the phone and again a few days later I also had my kitchen floor installed. Service from start to finish fantastic, flooring great and whole process so easy to sort.
