We have used this company many times over the years with very good quality carpets, fitting and service at competitive prices. Having recently moved into a new home which required carpets throughout plus kitchen and hallway covering we did not hesitate to choose Flooring4You again. The fitting was done to perfection by Simon and his assistant - we were delighted with the result. Unfortunately we had a water leak which soaked a section of the carpet in the lounge only a week after it was fitted. We phoned Tim at the shop and explained the situation and within 15 minutes he arrived, removed and replaced the soaking underlay and relaid the carpet ( which had nearly dried out) and advised us how to get the carpet completely dry- and all this done for free!
