Needed the carpet on our stairs changed and SO happy with their work. Didn't realise it would look so nice! Hamza and his team did a perfect job from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for more. What an honest and trustworthy company. Hamza took the time to come around to my property. I had already done some research and was adamant on what I wanted. However after a detailed discussion, Hamza guided me to what the best product was that would meet my needs and it certainly wasn't what I thought I needed. It was a much better product and significantly less expensive so that was a bonus that I would be saving money on a more superior product. Once we started to take up our old flooring, which we decided to do ourselves, I came across some things that I thought might be problem so a quick call to Hamza and a text message with pictures and Hamza put my mind at rest, he passed the details onto the fitters who were prepared when they arrived to manage any problems. As it turned out it was nothing for me to worry about. The fitters turned up on time and were very polite and respectful. They worked solid from 9am to 6pm with just a couple of refreshment breaks. They worked so hard clearing as they went and tidied up all the waste material and even hoovered, something that the last well known high sheet company didn't do. As soon as the fitters had finished within half an hour I had a phone call from Hamza asking if I was pleased with the work and the products. That was a nice touch. Hamza also said that I could contact him anytime if I wanted to discuss anything. I would most highly recommend this company. They are honest, reliable, professional and they are very reasonably priced. All in all I'm giving Flooring Pro a 5 Star rating. I will be highly recommending you too family friends and colleagues. I called the company after hearing about it from a friend and explained my situation. Hamzah scheduled the estimates and brought three different carpet samples with him. Carpet is divided into three types: low-end, medium-end, and luxury. I chose a carpet, but I wasn't thrilled with it. Hamzah quickly spotted this and gave me something I liked. I am really pleased with the carpet he recommended and the pricing he quoted me. He arranged for the carpet to be fitted in my home, and after receiving an invoice from him, I paid for it. All of this was accomplished without me visiting the shop, I recommend going here because Hamzah will quickly determine what kind of consumer you are and supply you with what you require. Ive been trying to find somewhere to do my flooring for over a year. This is my first ever flat. This place 5 stars because this place & the people who work there, especially hamza, deserve it & more! They made everything i needed possible for me & I couldn't be more grateful! I was on a strict budget & other more local companies didnt seem to care much, they were quoting me almost 30% more than what FlooringPro quoted me & the quality of the laminate & carpet is really good!! Attention to detail, 10/10. Going the extra mile, 10/10. Actually made me feel like a valued customer instead of a quick sale, 10/10. I used Flooring Pro twice. Hamza has been great. Each time he was prompt, efficient and transparent with his costs - he charges a fair price for what you get and details everything out i his quote. In addition and of great benefit to me as I was doing a refurb, he was flexible with the fitting date - I had to delay twice once at quite short notice and he accommodated me both times with a grumble. As per their company's statement they provide all their customers with 1 year guarantee . But this is absolutely not true. They did our flooring and finished the work in the late evening around 8.30pm. After cleaning all the mess the next day i saw two holes on the laminates. We contacted them straight away and the sales guys said he will get back to us soon. But we received no reply after a week so we reminded them and asked for an update. Instead of helping and sorting this problem the sales guys replied back there is nothing can be done as this is not their fault. We haven't even moved into the new place yet! More...

Giving 1 star because cannot give zero!!not happy with the after sale service at all!!I do not understand why they say 1 year guarantee when they keep saying this is not our fault and cannot do anything about it. I would definitely recommend pro flooring for cheap and zero after sale service and zero guarantee. Use their services if you are ready to take the risk. They came and did my flooring in 2 days and the second day they left at 8:30pm. And the next day while cleaning the flat i noticed 2 holes in 2 laminate right on the entrance. Told pro flooring about it but they just said it's not their fault i should have checked and cannot do anything about it and advised to cover the holes with rugs!!! I have not even moved in the flat how can I make a hole in the laminate? I will never ever recommend their services to any friends/family!! More...
