As a landlord my son and I have been very disappointed with the poor response from the Manager at the Didsbury Floorspace office re an ongoing noise from a Floorspace managed property ( adjacent to my sons) The manager was flippant, unhelpful and in no way apologetic about the ongoing noise that further to my son managing to gain entry to the next door property appears to be due to a faulty central heating pipe(s) The student at the property said the noise form the pipe(s) had been reported to Floorspace some weeks ago. Great landlord. Sorted out our problems (new washing machine, locks etc) quickly and with little issues. Michael and team made our 4 years or so there a delight. Thank you all!

Very communicative and FAIR landlord, have always been very approachable and let us know what is going on. Whenever we experienced issues they made sure to do all that could be reasonable asked to help out and resolve. If you are wanting a more modern thinking style of landlord I would definitely recommend. More...

Currently living in one of their properties (it's an amazing property, absolutely huge and great rent price). If we have any problems, they're here right away to sort them. Recently we had a leak (council drains not up to scratch so seeped though our floor) and Floorspace were here right away to assess and fix the problem. Got new flooring throughout despite the water only affecting one room. Also, our fridge is on its last legs and we told Floorspace about this on Tuesday. The following morning they had a date for us for when the new fridge would be delivered and ours collected! Great company, they've really helped us get on our feet as it's our first time renting!
