Brittany is one amazing trainer. She is always willing to listen and progresses and regresses exercises to make workouts the perfect level of difficulty for all clients. She will push you enough to get sore, but will not yell or make you feel discourage. She is killer, check her out! More...

I worked w/ Brittany (or she worked w/ me, I suppose) for about 6 months, starting around May '16. In that time, I lost around 15 lbs, gained muscle mass, and generally felt a ton better, overall. Due to an injury (not caused by my working out w/ Brittany), I had to give it up for about 6 months. Unfortunately, this coincided w/ that holidays (I just had to eat all that extra pie), which put me back to where I started from.
I've been back working w/ her for about a month or so and am already feeling the results (positive results). If you're ready to get serious about your overall health and fitness, I can't recommend Brittany enough.
She knows how to assess where an individual is at and then tailor a plan that will work towards your overall goals.

The six week program was definitely effective! both my husband and I lost some weight, gained some muscle, and got on a more consistent routine for eating and workouts. Brittanys 6 week program was amazing!! I loved all the workouts, and Ioved all the yummy recipes! It just made it so easy to not have to think of every meal; it was all laid out!! ( oh my favorite was the vegetable chile! ) I also loved that Brittany would check in with me each week to check on my progress. The accountability was a huge help!! More...

Consistency is the secret to a healthy life and having the body you desire. My job is to keep you consistent not perfect so you are able to maintain new healthy habits.
