Fisherday Solicitors are a complete waste of time in my opinion..the reasons are as follows:
1)The solicitors tell bare faced lie's,I was told they do not cover family law,I later found out this was false as they advertise a list of cases they cover and family law was one that was listed.
2)I had a case going on with AFG solicitors (adamsfamily),Fisherday was representing me against them and did nothing,they rang them once and I had to mug around for paper work,a job that they them self's should have done.
3)Legal ombudsman requested certain court papers from Fisherday Solicitors,I was asked to complete this task myself from the solicitor who was representing me,a job that he should have carried out him self,the ombudsman asked for a form to be completed so Fisherday could take on my case,I completed my bit but the bit my solicitor should have completed was left unfilled and he then sent it off uncompleted to the ombudsman,it then took him 3 weeks to fill the part in he didn't bother to fill in.
4)Fisherday was covering a case for me regarding social services,he was covering the case for four months and there was no progress or updates what so ever,I made him aware of serious safeguarding issues regarding a child,the social services were ignoring me and I asked my solicitor to raise the concerns I had as he was working on the case already,he said he could not report any safeguarding issues,he was fully aware that i was not being listened to and it was a child's safety that was on the line,but he still refused to do anything about it.
5)Triage have taken over my case regarding social services, Fisherday has emailed them making them aware that he was taking over my case and he would be working along side them,in the four months he's been working on it,I have had no updates ect,when I have asked for updates hes starts talking about the legal ombudsman instead of any updates from triage
6)The solicitor supposedly sent two lots of forms called c100's,I have never had any court dates or comunication off the courts what so ever.
7)My solicitor broke the confidentiality rule,he was going behind my back and discussing my cases with his family and my estranged family,when I stressed to him he must keep my cases private.
8)My solicitor,his uncle,his brother and his cousin all jumped me and attacked me at the gym,I agreed to not take things further in the condition that he would still represent me,he has failed to keep to his side of the bargain,he just said it so I wouldn't report it to the police.

I gave my case to Tahir for me to apply an extension on my visa and the service has been very good. He represented me in my last application and I decided to instruct him again because I was happy with his service last time and nothing has changed with his service this time around.
