Adrien did everything anyone could ask on my job. All comms were very polite. He quoted a very fair price. Once we had agreed the deal, he literally lifted a heavy weight from my shoulders. He liaised with the collection point, always kept me well informed on progress and ETA running bang on to our pre-agreed timeframe, and was incredibly helpful by helping to carry the bath up 4 flights of stairs to my 2nd floor flat.Thank-you very much Adrien. I used this company today to help collect a Facebook marketplace purchase I made. I found Adrian to be exceptional in his service. He was very flexible with my timescales and careful in handling the furniture I purchased, even helping to bring it in to the position I want it set up. The element I was particularly grateful for is his trustworthy attribute - I needed to pay the seller in cash but to save me a trip to the sellers location, Adrian helped by paying him on my behalf.
