Initially I spoke to Sean on the phone to enquire about getting a drain unblocked and he arranged for an engineer to visit an hour later. .. 20 minutes later the drain was unblocked and flowing nicely! Very happy with the service provided by this company. I spoke to James in the office and was visited by an engineer named Sean. Both were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sean was not only able to locate and fix a slow leak, but was able to minimise the cosmetic damage to our tiled in bath and toilet cistern.
