The hard drive on my laptop was corrupted by my AV software and it would not boot. As usual, I had not taken a backup for a few weeks so was worried as I have my SAGE accounts etc on this HP laptop. It would have taken me days to re-create all the invoices and other work related data if I could not get the drive back. Marco at First Aid PC did a great job in recovering my hard drive and no data was lost. Well worth the money and a great job in getting me going again within a day.
