Felix's approach to personal training is unique, motivating and challenging. Each session is different which keeps it fun whilst getting results. Felix always takes the time to understand exactly what your goals are and then delivers. He's taught me to change my mindset when it comes to fitness and made exercise something I genuinely enjoy.

Not only did he help me reach goals I set for myself, he showed me how I could go further than what I had previously limited myself to. My fitness is now in a place I never thought was possible. I'm 4 stone down and went from a 14 to size 8.

I'm so grateful for all the ways Felix has positively influenced my journey so far, if you're looking for someone to take your fitness to the next level, look no further!

Training with Felix was a fantastic opportunity to get results in as little as 4 weeks - not only did he help suggest dietary requirements for the regime that suited my goals, i was also able to work on techniques which I lacked, coupled with his steady progressive but intense workout plan I was able to accomplish the physical build I wanted.

Felix makes training fun! He listens to what you want to achieve and he shows you the best way to get there. If you choose not to listen then he doesn’t put you down for it or make you feel guilty! The support from him is fab especially on those days you’re not feeling it and let’s face it we all get those! He knows when to push you and when to hold back and he knows how to mix up sessions so it doesn’t get boring or too easy! Thank you Felix!

Felix does not limit his sessions to what you think you are capable of: he helps build both awareness of, and confidence in, your own abilities. He works with you to build your knowledge not only about your own abilities, but about health and wellness in general. An holistic approach is what is offered.

Felix is fun! He has a great sense of humour which, combined with his knowledge and skills, makes the sessions enjoyable. Honestly!!!
You will not go wrong if you choose to use Felix as your guide to achieve whatever goal toward which you are aspiring.

I’ve have muliple personal trainers in the past and I can honestly say that not one of them compares to a session with Felix . Great energy and always has such a positive attitude towards the session .
Any physical acivments I have made I feel that Felix is just as happy as I am about taking another step towards my end goal .
Not only is he a great/professional PT , I also feel that I have made a good connection with him on a personal level .
If you want to achieve your goals but don’t quite have the motivation to get down the gym and do so , then Felix is the man to get you motivatied and you will atcully be looking forward to the next session !

Felix is so encouraging and motivating, I wasn’t comfortable in the gym before but feel much more confident with him. We work hard while having a laugh and sessions are enjoyable despite the pain! Every hour is spent pushing to the max, and each workout is kept different and new so I can’t get bored or lose focus. He’s explained my diet and workouts so I know why they are working rather than just going through the motions. Felix celebrates my progress and is such a positive influence to hitting my goals and setting more. The hours we train have been flexible to suit my lifestyle and he shows true commitment by giving advice on diet, workouts and mindset at all times of day when I’ve asked for it.

I started training with Felix in Summer 2017 after feeling fat in a bikini. From mid-June to the beginning of September (approx. 10 weeks) I lost 16lbs (10st 6 to 9st 4). My stamina and fitness levels have improved noticeably and by mid-August I was running a 5k 3 to 4 times a week when I wasn’t fit enough to run for 5 mins before. I’ve dropped clothes size from a 10/12 down to an 8 and have had comments from friends, family, colleagues on how much weight I’ve lost and that I look much fitter, so the results are clearly visible.

I feel much fitter than before I started training with Felix in terms of both cardio and weight training - I’m sleeping better, have more energy through the day and can push myself further in the gym. As well as improving my physical strength, our sessions have had a great influence on my mental health. I look forward to training sessions as I now associate workouts with feeling good, plus Felix’s positivity is infectious. He’s worked through self-esteem issues with me and my confidence is really growing the more we train and talk about my fitness.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

My approach is different, I try to get people to focus more on the mental side of things. This makes it a lifestyle rather than just a quick fix. You need to change the way you think about it then you’ll realise getting fit and healthy isn't that hard. If you’re willing to work and give me everything then we can make things happen.
Everything I teach I’ve done myself. Literally everything lol. Trial and error over years and I understand everyone is different so we’ll find ways to make it work for you.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Before you can get physically fit, you need to be mentally fit. The two feed into each other: once you are physically fit, your body will support your mind. This is about you; this is your journey. It can be whatever you want it to be: you can go easy on yourself, let the days pass you by, or you can push yourself and see what you are capable of.

What do you love most about your job?

The moment when clients realise they actually can do it.
I'm somebody who was once upon a time out of shape, unhealthy and uncomfortable in my own body so I know what it feels like when you're at that low point in life. On the other hand I know how it feels to achieve something new everyday, no matter how small it is. I know what it feels like to constantly push myself mentally and physically. I understand that anything you want will never be easy but that shows the difference in character, the person who's willing to give it all vs the person who just says they want it.
Being able to get others to think the same way and adopt a positive attitude towards fitness if the most fulfilling part of my job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Just like I teach my clients, stepping out of your comfort zone is a key fundamental. After working in gyms for a while I decided to take that step and start my own business.
The thought of becoming better and progressing inspired me.
