By use of an holistic approach to exercise. I don't just teach fitness but a whole lifestyle coaching approach. We go much deeper than just a set of movements.

My own battle with health issues, I've had a brain tumor, scoliosis and now 2 children!

I have personal experience. I know what its like to walk in their shoes, but that doesnt mean I will make it easy for them! I won't give false hope or expectation but I will expect you to work hard and do your homework!
