After spending over a year struggling with recurring water pressure issues in my boiler, I began to suspect that I shall never rectify the problem. The numerous technicians that paid visits to fix the problem had only managed to provide temporary solutions. That was when I had the incredible fortune of coming across Famtech Heating; and it couldn't have happened sooner - for the troubles with my heating systems had exacerbated to the point of leakage and subsequent flooding of a neighbouring flat. Arsham, an engineer with Famtech Heating, promptly examined the entire apparatus and provided a comprehensive explanation regarding the main culprit; which was a blockage in the underfloor heating system. He then proceeded to carry out the necessary power flushing of the system as well as additional boiler repairs. In addition to that, he also inspected and certified the boiler - something that other companies were unwilling to carry due to difficulties in accessing the flue. I am confident to say that even amidst certain difficulties, Famtech Heating were able to provide the highest quality of boiler maintenance, and their follow-up services could not be more considerate. Famech Heating is a highly professional firm with strong values and extensive customer care and are definitely worthy of recommendation. More...

I could not recommend Famtech Heating enough! I was left without heat and hot water for over 4 days due to the negligence of another company. I can't rate this company enough.....they are simply the best Gas Safe engineers. I had called at least 20+ Gas Safe Engineers to resolve my boiler issue. Peter is the only one who empathise my situation and told me that he will make sure my boiler will be fixed tonight. He kept his word. He sent his brother Joseph to fix my boiler. He came in before midnight and checked my boiler issue meticulously and resolved my boiler issue. Joseph is very smart and courteous and made sure that I don't end up paying anything unnecessary. Literally cannot recommend Famtech Heating enough. They (Mo & his brother) managed to get to my property in Camden by 7pm after i called them at 3pm.
They were friendly, and professional, worked around my other builder with ease and managed to get my gas reconnected so i didn't have to suffer in the cold without heating or hot water.
They popped out locally to pick up a few parts they needed, and when my builder realised he also needed something, they bought that to, and didn't charge for it!! Fairly priced - no call out fee - and Gas Safe certificate is on its way. Could not be happier to recommend them.
